We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative PZ Connected Systems C-Bus Offer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry

This role involves leading the C-Bus offer in the Connected Systems portfolio and encompasses developing the product brand strategy, managing the category/portfolio, and overseeing commercialization efforts to achieve revenue, market share, and profit targets in Australia and New Zealand. The focus is on gaining insights to maintain differentiation and value propositions for sustained market leadership in the Pacific Zone.

Key responsibilities include applying best practices to market and competitive analysis, product positioning, pricing, and brand measurement, while also collaborating with the Pacific Development Centre, Global Supply Chain partners, and sales team.
  1. Developing and executing marketing strategies for the C-Bus offer within the Connected Systems portfolio.
  2. Defining the value proposition, competitive positioning, and growth targets for the C-Bus offer.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable successful sales of the C-Bus offer, including providing sales tools and support for the wholesaler channel.
  4. Conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence specific to the C-Bus offer to drive growth and market share.
  5. Participating in annual market reviews and presenting performance results to senior stakeholders.
  6. Working with the R&D team to define offer requirements and set business case targets for new C-Bus offerings.
  7. Collaborating within an agile framework to manage a roadmap of Offer Creation, LCM, Maintenance, and portfolio optimization projects.
  8. Developing detailed briefs for digital assets, sales materials, websites, and product/data assets related to the C-Bus offer.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns growth including leadership behaviour
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
