• Set up and commission services: Work with energy management systems, including setup, remote commissioning, and diagnostics.
• Support colleagues: Provide mentorship and training for best practices in lead generation and connected services.
• Collaborate: Work with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Continually develop: Stay at the forefront of new offers like EV Advisor or cybersecurity audits.

What we're looking for:
• Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of networks and electrical infrastructure.
• Technical experience in data centres, electrical engineering, or energy management.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Fluency in European languages is a plus, especially Greek, but not essential.
