O que você fará?
- Negociação com fornecedores do setor de TI (Software/Hardware), Switch, Medidores, Modem, Licenças de Software, Serviços de Infraestrutura, Banco de Dados, Serviços de Engenharia de Telecom, Certificação de redes, Datacenters, Automação e Controle.
- Atuar dentro de Compras de Projetos - End to End, desde a fase de oportunidades (Tendering) até a fase de Execução. Passando por desenvolver melhores cenários, com forte negociação. Confecção de pedidos e contratos.
- Análise e mitigação de riscos desde a fase de ofertas/oportunidades.
- Atuar na Qualificação dos parceiros, juntamente com a time de Qualidade e Engenharia.
- Gerenciamento e desenvolvimento de parceiros nacionais e internacionais;
- Gerenciamento dos acordos globais do grupo;
- Análise de custos, com conhecimento das commodities aplicadas no segmento (indexadores, mercado global e afins)
- Gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, gerenciando os parceiros e desenvolvendo oportunidades. Atuando em conjunto com a Qualidade, Engenharia e Vendas;
- Vivência com o Strategic Sourcing, Análise de Custos, RFI/RFQ/RFP, Análise de Reajustes, Cestas de Índices, Contratualização, Kraljic matrix (diferencial);
- Fundamental ter Gestão de Contratos, acompanhamento das variações de índices pré-definidos, NDA, Aditivos;
- Habilidades para trabalhar com sistemas de ERP (SAP módulo MM preferencialmente);
- Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens;
- Reuniões com clientes internos das áreas e com fornecedores;
- Elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores de performance (KPIs);
- Experiência com Projetos será um diferencial;

- Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Comércio Exterior, Engenharias e afins;
- Inglês avançado;
- Espanhol intermediário
- Sólida experiência em Compras, Sourcing, Gestão de Contratos ou função equivalente;
- Capacidade de gerenciar com eficiência vários projetos será um diferencial;
- Análise de dados com proficiência em Microsoft Office;
- Habilidades avançadas em Excel;
- Conhecer e executar ações em Power BI ou Tableau será um diferencial
