For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Complex Order Services Specialist, US Services

Location: United States, Remote

As part of our Order Services evolution, we are enhancing our order entry and conversion teams to better manage the sales-to-execution handoffs of all new services-led orders. Role Overview: As a Complex Order Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of complex power services orders. You will ensure the seamless transition of orders from sales to execution, maintaining accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our order services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete order booking from order conversion to order entry for complex power services orders, including Ecofit modernization and turn-key projects.
  • Coordinate and complete the sales order handoff, conversion, and entry functions, including work order creation, modification, enrichment, and procurement of materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of orders we are booking through effective communication with internal customers, sales reps, field service, and cross-functional departments.
  • Collaborate promptly and accurately with the operations group to resolve post-conversion issues.
  • Monitor individual case queues and ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance order lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement and Program Leaders to implement new processes and ensure successful integration of the blended team.
  • Take ownership of orders and provide administrative support to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Troubleshoot order flows and maintain documentation associated with playbooks and booking rules.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in order management/processing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical distribution products and services is a plus.
  • Supply chain experience is beneficial.
  • Strong time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in company software programs and collaborative tools.
  • Experience with BFO, SEA, BFS, and SAP is strongly preferred; other ERP experience is a plus.
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma processes and process improvement is advantageous.
