Compensation Analytics Architect

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analytics Architect to manage the sales incentive metrics for our strategic end user customers while growing the analytical capabilities within the Compensation team to give our US sales leaders the data and insights they need to drive a high performing culture. This role will be primarily focused on building out the KPI's and calculating performance for current and newly formed sales teams. Focus will be on ETL, data architecture, and data builds, and standardization across data sets to enable simplification and more consistent reporting insights.

What will you do?

  • Partner with business and other domains within Sales Operations to lead KPI attainments from initial development, to testing, and finalization
  • Design, test, and implement analytic solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and other tools
  • Build impactful data visualizations using Tableau or other software to drive business insights
  • Identify and lead opportunities for process automation and simplification

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve complex issues
  • Technical Experience with:
    • ETL/data blending tools and processes (e.g. Alteryx, Informatica, SSIS)
    • Database/data architecture (e.g. SQL, Redshift)
  • Strong communication skills, especially communicating technical concepts and ideas to non-technical audiences
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • 5+ years' experience in Compensation, Analytics, Finance, or similar roles
  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
