Overview of the role:
The role will be responsible for developing a robust internal communication plan by developing content for internal chan nels to build awareness of all ongoing campaigns to ensure impactful communication. Externally, the role will ensure alignment of all local communications (PR & Digital) with the global communication calendar and develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives in support of Schneider Electric's products, solutions, and value proposition.
Qualifications
• Liaise with global and local campaign owners to ensure accurate implementation and localization of Global campaigns in alignment with Schneider Core Values
• Provide support in deploying campaigns related to Brand, Business Strategic Objectives, People (HR and Employer Branding), Safety, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Sustainability, and Ethics and Compliance

• Lead the development of an executive visibility communication plan for internal audiences including townhalls, executive memos, yammer, or SPICE
• Support the Executive communications in relevant animations.
• Execute internal business events by ensuring a strong alignment with the Management Committee
• Drive and activate external communication channels for positive Schneider Electric brand visibility.
• Direct the PR and Digital agencies in completing and executing the local PR & Digital communications calendar ensuring all content are aligned with global guidelines and campaigns.
• Lead the development of an executive visibility communication plan.
• Handle internal and external communication response to crisis situations.
