Commissioning Manager - Data Centres

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality solutions in the data centre industry? Schneider Electric is looking for a Commissioning Manager to join our Secure Power Application Centre (SPAC). This is your chance to lead exciting projects that make a real difference!
What You'll Do: As a Commissioning Manager, your main focus will be to ensure successful project commissioning that meets our customers' needs. You will:
- Lead Small Teams: Manage both internal and external resources to deliver innovative solutions during the commissioning phase of projects.
- Oversee Multiple Projects: Handle a variety of projects, from small technical services to large-scale packages, ensuring they meet all contract requirements.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while protecting project margins and managing financial risks.
- Drive Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process, conducting necessary tests and documentation.

Your Impact: You will be a key player in achieving our project goals, including:
- Collaborating with the project management team to monitor and report on commissioning processes.
- Delivering projects on time and within budget while enhancing profitability.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing lessons learned.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in project management, preferably in the data centre or construction industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commissioning processes (CxL1 to CxL5) and their integration into project execution.
- Financial Acumen: Strong skills in reporting and forecasting project financials.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead teams to drive projects to successful completion.
Qualifications:
- Relevant technical qualification (trade/engineering) and/or a university degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or willingness to achieve it within 12 months).
