Position Summary:

We seek a Client Solutions Manager to work within the Client Management team. This individual will be located in our Louisvillle or other Hub Location and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational performance of a Client Solutions team. As a key member of the Client Solutions Leadership Team, you will be accountable to build, maintain, and develop a high performing team of analysts tasked with communicating with clients at a plant and corporate level via reports, online deliverables, information gathering, phone interactions, and meeting participation through utilization and expertise in Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and internal databases.

Position responsibilities:

  • As a Client Solutions Manager, your chief responsibilities will be to:
  • Coordinate and collaborate with individuals tasked with delivering on client contracted deliverables and related scopes of work
  • Support direct reports in their career development, including fair and transparent routine assessments
  • Develop training plans to support the review and creation of energy data, reports, budgets, recommendations etc. for quality
  • Manage client information on Schneider Electric's internet platform Resource Advisor with client energy data
  • Serve as subject matter expert to the Client Solutions and broader Client Management teams
  • Lead collaborative discussions with internal stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions and expectations of service offerings
  • Assess, develop, and maintain team workload metrics to proactively ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Establish relationships with Client Managers and Directors and serve as a direct contact for escalated issues
  • Ensure alignment of team and individual analyst's requirements within all training and HR systems

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Self-aware leadership that places the direct reports first
  • Strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong communication and composition skills aimed at both internal and external clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Understanding of Sustainability Advisory Services and Schneider Electric Sustainability Offerings (preferred)
  • Project management skills
