We are currently recruiting a Client Manager in Spain, preferably in Zaragoza. The successful candidate will manage commercial relationship with assigned client base covering a diverse cross section of energy exposures from 5million up to 200million .
Majority of clients under management are international companies and located in Europe.
Duties include:
- Proactively maintaining regular dialogue with key contacts whilst identifying and developing new (up sell) opportunities. Targeting further key stakeholders within client organisation to promote company offering with objective to developing additional sales revenue
- Ensure client commercial agreements are negotiated and renewed ahead of expiry date, negotiating fee increases in line with RPI at a minimum

- To arrange client meetings either in person or by Webinar/LiveMeeting technology to promote the business through presentations and existing account analysis
- Ensuring age of debt is maintained at agreed levels
- Create Account Management Plan for each Account under ownership, constantly striving to deliver best in class customer service
- Coordinate internally and externally our service deliverables.
- Owning resolution of 'clients at risk' process
- Maintain on-going working knowledge of key Schneider Supply products including, risk management, renewable energy procurement, carbon & sustainability compliance and data management.
- Interact with Client Management team and operational team to ensure contracted scope is delivered on time, resolve any issues
- Pass on and fully support any opportunities that are more suitably positioned via specialist sales resources in our group
Person specification:
• Langue skill set: Spanish & English required; & Italian desirable
• Charismatic, energetic and reassuring with presence
• Exemplary communication skills at all levels of businesses;
• Commercial, risk management and negotiation experience;
• Excellent energy market knowledge;
• Problem ownership skills;
• Positive leadership skills;
• Entrepreneurial
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Willingness to travel
