We are looking for someone with the passion to grow professionally while driving key initiatives for the Hardware Stores segment.

Your key activities include strategy development, market reaserch, collaboration with internal teams, product knowledge, the use of digital platforms (PRMs), continous customer interactions, negotiation, among others.
Assignments:
- Develop a strategy to acquire, saturate and grow key customers within the Hardware Stores segment.
- Work with the global team to coordinate efforts on loyalty programs; build digital capabilities.
- Set up KPIs to monitor performance, automate follow up (tableau dashboards).
- Active participation on external events.
- Analyze customer voice to improve product, customer interactions and communication channels
- Create synergies with the product team to position new products in the market.
- Work on active promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Support partnership programs with other brands.
The channel manager is the person accountable of setting up the overall strategy and coordinate internal resources for long term success.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, and Digital Design
- Channel management experience (+5 Yrs)
