What will you do?

  • Establishes and develops relationships with key channel partner
  • Develops and implements comprehensive channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop partner enablement programs, marketing materials, and sales tools
  • Provides training, coaching support and joint planning to drive Channel partner sales performance
  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Leads negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Provides regular reporting and insights to senior management on channel sales performance and market dynamics

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Proven track record in channel sales mgmt or related sales role
  • Strong understanding of channel sales principles, partner relationship management, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in digital sales / solution environment including an understanding of SaaS and recurring service business models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of partner program development and execution
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a high-performing channel sales team
