As our new Contractor Channel Manager, you will build strong relationships with our key partners and vital stakeholders to understand their business objectives and align our solutions to meet their needs. You will create, lead, and coordinate channel strategy work, including coverage decisions and adjustments. You will drive transformation and ensure realization with new trends, including digital solutions and commercial policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Formulate comprehensive long-term plans with a broad perspective, pinpointing both potential opportunities and challenges . Map out the vision, communicate it effectively, and secure buy-in from all stakeholders. Focus on business development and market expansion, particularly in multidisciplinary channels, while also prioritizing the security of our existing business. Maintaining our current operations is crucial for profitability and overall business value.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Lead a team of senior, experienced sales professionals. Foster a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to challenge and contribute to the strategic vision.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the strategic vision to both internal teams and external partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and committed, propelling the business forward.


What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a business development or channel management capacity. Background in electrical products and distribution channels is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy creation as well as execution.
  • Strong experience with managing and developing a team of senior professionals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary channels and growth strategies and f amiliarity with major industry players is a valuable asset.
