What you will do:

  • Plan and coordinate activities with business unit teams - define and deploy MarCom activities programs for the marketing (across multiple customers segment and channels)
  • Create local programs or adapt global ones to generate and nurture leads via various digital sources: web, webinars, SEM, SEO, content, targeted advertising on different digital platforms
  • Provide Marcom tactics like: direct marketing, creation of key messages, events, lead follow-up, data entry, research, marketing automation tools, and administrative matters
  • Follow up and update marketing tools to ensure proper tracking of the MarCom budget spend
  • Monitor and report Schneider Electric's campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs
  • Coordinate activities with 3rd party vendors & agencies (PR, events, media)
  • Collaborate and share best practice with the MarCom teams in PL, CZ, SK and UA.

Experience and skills, we are looking for:
  • Strong English and Polish communication - written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in communications, marketing and/or management
  • 3+ years of experience in Communications/MarCom/PR/Events/Brand - focused on increasing awareness in the market
  • Creating a brand market for targeted customers, and implementing promotional programs
  • Experience managing external contributors and agencies
  • Ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization from senior level executives to other contributors
  • High level of self-initiative, pro-active management, and leadership skills
  • Strong ability in planning resources, be highly organized, efficient, collaborative
  • Strong influence and presentation skills and Team working attitude
  • Good assertiveness, be able to make decisions
  • Able to constructively work in a multifunctional and multicultural local and global team in Warsaw
