This position is for a Channel Account Manager, to support the Head of Channel to create and develop trustful relationships with key accounts/partner/alliance and sponsors to drive business objectives/ outcomes in alignment with Secure Power BVP. This includes identifying potential partners and alliances within the cluster.

What will you do?
Main Responsibilities:
Channel management: Support Head of Channel to develop and execute country channel strategy to meet company's long term and short goals
- Align key Partners/Alliances and account business plans with cluster strategy
- Plan and drive Managed Partners' revenue performance
- Increase # of Premier & Elite Partners
- Strategy alignment and business planning with Managed Partners and Alliances
- Develop positive business relationship with key persons of Managed Partners & Alliances
- Increase loyalty and share of wallet of Managed Partners & Alliances
- Track and analyze competitors' programs and other sales and marketing activities
- Drive and increase partner enablement
- Plan and support partners' MDF activities (marketing to and marketing thru partners)
- Channel conflict management
- Develop and close small - medium size DC projects with Managed Partners & Alliances
- Support Managed Partners & Alliances in systems lead generation activities
- Engage key alliance partners for sales & collaboration (HPE, Lenovo, Stratus)
- Recruit & develop new IT partners
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Science / Engineering or related field.
Working Experience
- Proven work experience as a Channel Account Manager
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in IT system integration or enterprise partner & Alliances
- Proven track record in meeting individual quarterly and annual sales targets
- Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions to customer needs
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Demonstrate a strong bias for action and hands-on approach
Others (ie: technical skills, softskills)
- Experience in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management opportunities at one time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
- Highly organised, proactive, entrepreneurial and innovative
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) & presentation skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders.
- Keen listener, excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Able to think both strategically and operationally to drive closed loop execution
