For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $200,000 - $300,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric's Digital Grid Business (DG) is offering an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is motivated, dedicated, and organized to assume the global role of Change Management Leader. Digital Grid provides enterprise software solutions and services to help utilities manage the entire lifecycle of the grid and enable Grids of the Future. These solutions are mission critical, enabling grid operators around the world to deliver safe and reliable power.

The Change Management Leader will report to Digital Grid's VP Strategy & Marketing and will be responsible for facilitating and managing the process of organizational change in a way that minimizes resistance and maximizes engagement and support from employees. This position will ensure that changes within the DG organization are smoothly and successfully implemented.

The Change Management Leader will play a pivotal role in creating a culture of agility and adaptability within the organization, ensuring that changes are embraced and integrated effectively, leading to improved performance and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement change management strategies aligned with software development and organizational goals.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders at all levels to build support and drive adoption of changes.
  3. Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about changes, their impact, and the benefits of successful adoption.
  4. Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to adapt to changes effectively.
  5. Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of changes on individuals, teams, and the organization, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  6. Resistance Management: Identify and address sources of resistance to change, providing coaching and support to individuals and teams as they navigate through transitions.
  7. Metrics and Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of change management initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (e.g., 10+ years) in a senior leadership role with a focus on transformation, change management, or strategic consulting, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and the challenges associated with change in a technology-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
