Mission:
- Leading the Collaborative Sales Forecast (CSF) process focusing on the mid&long-term trends alignment for Europe & International and its execution in Kinaxis based on SIOP plan & collaborative calls with key regions.
- Define statistical baseline with relevant analysis of data and drive its continuous improvement.
- Manage & Run the monthly Distribution Requirement Planning process (DRP) E2E on Intra-Region flows.
- Manage the stocking policy and key material management parameters for DBPRD products in Europe
- Support the Digital Building Control Tower

Activities:

- Define statistical baseline with relevant analysis. Run CSF alignment meetings with key zones in Europe and International, integrating country specific information. Align on the mid & long-term planning in agreement with SIOP.
- Secure BU NPI/EOL project execution in CSF according to SIOP & BU guidance. Alert to SIOP of any risk at front office highlighted by the local demand planner during the handover meeting.
- Perform analysis on the yearly/quarterly trends, forecast evolution month over month before delivering CSF result to DRP. Sharing with management and SIOP any risk and adjust management/SIOP decisions in Kinaxis. Drive associated action plans for improvement

- Run the Distribution Requirement Planning process for DBPRD to provide to manufacturing entities a complete & consistent demand plan. Connect with the impacting Intra-Group customers to validate the demand plan. Measure and analyze the DRP accuracy.

- Manage the stocking policy and key material management parameters for DBPRD products in Europe

- Follow the standard process and contribute to improvement (RDP Lean agenda, drumbeat, Deviation, Accuracy and FVA RCA, Bias, Kinaxis tool improvement, community call participation, corporate projects, etc).
Qualifications:
- Bachalor degree in Economics/Business Management/Business Administration/Accounting.
- Have a minimum 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
- Understanding of SIOP objectives.
- Digital tool experience; Kinaxis is a must.
- Strong analytical & statistical skills.
- Strong knowledge of forecasts.
- Ability to convince people and strong organizational skills to cope with multiple contacts, process drumbeat.
- Ability to archieve sustainable results.
