Responsibilities:

Cash Out Reporting and Analysis

Reporting and analysis of Cash Out performance for EM. Works closely with Divisions and other perimeters that are part of the BU in order to understand, challenge and report monthly variance analysis for both statutory and CCO performance. Prepares monthly Cash Out slide for management report with relevant commentary and back up information.

Point of Contact for Analytical Review

Point of contact within Energy Management to address questions regarding monthly Cash Out performance. Analysis is typically provided to EM leaders, Corporate, Accounting, and Auditors.

Rolling Forecast

Process owner and animator of RF cycles; prepares guidance and templates; tracks and monitors progress, consistency and accuracy of all submissions; coordinates discussion meetings; consolidates submissions and presents EM view.

Promotes in HFM the RF for French entity FR0127. Prepares QBR slide for Energy Management with relevant commentary. Prepares and promotes SFC/MC AOC in PFCA.

Ownership of future forecasting transformation into top-down and driver-based process.

Annual Cash Out STRAT Plan and Prioritization

Coordination of the annual processes from Cash Out perspective. Ensuring compliance with global requirements and animation within EM

Annual Targets

Preparation of annual Cash Out Targets for EM perimeters based initially on Prioritization outcome and subsequently updated with relevant metrics. Animates review meetings to present to all EM perimeters.

EM Prior Lead

Leads the EM Prior campaign, setting up and communicating processes, implementing governance and ensuring compliance, managing prior flow processing, and ensuring completion of campaign by set deadlines.

DFL CCO Allocation Keys update Campaign

Leads the annual process of DFL Allocation Keys update campaign within EM; produces overall guidance, instructions, timelines; ensures consistency and compliance across EM.

Coordination and Animation of Corporate processes in line with compliance requirement

EM Point of contact for global reporting requirements and corporate/CoE initiatives. Responsible for driving reporting compliance within EM Divisions and Functions. Focal point of contact for internal / external governance activities as they relate to EM Cash Out, including audit, KIC,s

Ad-Hoc

Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as they pertain to EM Cash Out Business Finance.

Communication & Transformation

Support process transformation strategy for processes, tools and organizational design - acting as functional owner for relevant scopes

Advocate for relevant scopes in Global transformations (e.g. EPM, DFL, Global SFC Dashboards)

Requirements:
  • +7 years' experience in Finance, Controlling area in the field of reporting, financial analysis, or auditing
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to draw appropriate conclusions and identify inconstancies
  • Experience in Top-down modeling, driver-based forecasting
  • Superb Excel/Power Point skills
  • DFL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong focus on process automation (good IT tools knowledge) and simplification
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
  • Strong communication skills and very good stakeholders' management ability
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Proven experience working within a complex, matrix style environment
  • Experience successfully supporting key decisions makers across the globe
