The Role: Business Intelligence Senior Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Senior Analyst (Visualization Expert) to play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into visually compelling and actionable insights. Your expertise will be crucial in driving data-driven decision-making and empowering the organization with actionable insights. This position will require complete end-to-end project ownership, including discovery meetings with stakeholders, leveraging existing and building new SQL queries, creating ETL and automation workflows (Alteryx), and data visualization (Tableau).

• Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to create intuitive and impactful visual representations of data for stakeholders at all levels.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance improvements.
• Contribute to the design and development of data models and dashboards to support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders through clear and effective presentations.
• Leverage internal data warehouse and external datasets to build new data assets for analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts and cross-functional teams to understand their data visualization needs and develop customized solutions to meet those requirements.
• ETL Development: Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data with focus on automation, accuracy, and reusability.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation of BI solutions (ETL processes and backend infrastructure). Provide training and support to subordinates and users on the effective use of business intelligence analytics.
