Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing reports, and creating dashboards that provide insights into our operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights using ETL (Alteryx)
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting in all production workflows and back-end infrastructure
  • Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data warehouses and data models.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $65,360.00 - $98,040.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL and ETL (Alteryx, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Agile experience a plus.
