Join an exciting team and help drive transformation on our digital journey. As the Business Finance Manager for the Finance Transformation team you will lead a team of Business Finance Analysts working in cross functional teams to design, build, and operate innovative digital solutions delivering actionable insights for Finance. You will create and develop a strong functional expertise team to partner with technical teams in the research, design, build, test and operate phases of the outcome.

Your IMPACT:

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team through mentorship, guidance, and support
  • Cultivate a Culture of Ownership and Collaboration: Empower team members to take ownership of their work and promote a collaborative environment
  • Facilitate Continuous Learning and Development: Provide opportunities for growth and ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends
  • Encourage Proactivity and Engagement: Coach the team to anticipate challenges, seek solutions, and manage their workload effectively
  • Foster Sound Judgment and Decision-Making: Guide team members in making informed decisions considering all relevant factors
  • Coach Effective Communication and Influence: Help team members articulate their ideas clearly and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Promote Data-Driven Decision-Making: Coach the team to utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Champion Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Guide the team to identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation
  • Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Foster a learning environment and encourage team members to proactively seek out new knowledge and skills
  • Align Team Goals with Organizational Success: Guide team members to make decisions and take actions that contribute to the overall success of the company


Your Profile:
  • Experience in accounting or finance experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Passionate about learning everyday
  • Customer satisfaction & Business oriented
  • Fluent in English


Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with planning solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent
  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View)
  • Experience with Python and SQL
