As the Business Finance Manager for the Finance Transformation team you will lead a team of Business Finance Analysts working in cross functional teams to design, build, and operate innovative digital solutions delivering actionable insights for Finance. You will create and develop a strong functional expertise team to partner with technical teams in the research, design, build, test and operate phases of the outcome.

• Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Foster a learning environment and encourage team members to proactively seek out new knowledge and skills
• Align Team Goals with Organizational Success: Guide team members to make decisions and take actions that contribute to the overall success of the company

Your Profile:

• Experience in accounting or finance experience
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Passionate about learning everyday
• Customer satisfaction & Business oriented
• Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with planning solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
• Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent
• Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View)
• Experience with Python and SQL
