We are looking for Business Finance Analyst - Process&Tools

Location & commitments:

  • Full-time job
  • Open-ended contract after 3 months probation period
  • Hybrid job model (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)
  • Your manager: Paweł Kołodziej

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively participating in the definition of the process, establishing the calendar, objectives and main timelines
  • Leading the process operation with the rest of the community, where communication and coordination are 2 key elements
  • Addressing and solving the challenges appearing in the process operation, to ensure the process is operated properly in the agreed timelines
  • Monitoring and analyzing process performance: developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the progress of the process
  • Providing training about the process and tools to the rest of the stakeholders

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
  • Experience in Finance function - is nice to have
  • Business administration experience
  • Technical background required: VBA is a must, Power Automate as a plus
  • Pro-active, collaborative team-player with international mindset
  • Result oriented and well organized
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong command in English
