What will you do:

• Lead Industrial Automation software marketing strategy toward channels and segments.
• Identify prospects for software offer and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs while building added value that differentiate us from the competition.
• Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities.
• Monitor competition and build strong sales arguments, pricing strategy and own margin development.
• Collaborate and interact with other multi-national marketing and sales teams and departments within Schneider Electric as well as with AVEVA distributors in Nordics.
• Work with internal Schneider stakeholders to uncover new business opportunities within the existing client base of Schneider Electric.
• Internal training, travelling to clients, and exceeding KPI's against a set of sales metrics.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You hold a commercial drive and mindset and interest in technology.
• Solid experience working in a sales environment with software and solution sales.
• Experience in utilizing data, monitoring the market to initiate and identify business opportunities.
• Experience working with Industrial automation segment especially with end users and system integrators.
• Solid understanding of industrial automation and have been working with IT and OT layers.
• Experience with Prolite and MES is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and one of the Nordic languages
• Exceptional relationship skills, internally and externally, and thrive in a changing environment
