The Role: Strategy &Business Development Manager f or Utilities & New Energy Landscape
We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Business Development Manager to provide support to Japan's Country President and Country Strategy & Business Development Director to adapt, develop and execute the execution of the country's commercial strategy in alignment with Country President, Business Units and Global Function strategy for Utilities with Digital Grid, Digital Energy, Power System & New Energy Landscape solutions.

What will you do?
- Influence to Utilities (End Users), local partners with our Digital Grid, Digital Energy & Power System solutions to support Utilities' Transformation
- Support Japan Country President in Inorganic Strategic actions related to Power & Grid and New Energy Landscape
- Animate local New Energy Landscape business together with Country President for Energy Transition in Japan
- Develop business opportunities with Digital Grid, Digital Energy (Microgrid), Power System solutions in Japan
- Formulate the strategy to drive growth in EcoStruxure (Schneider's IOT platform) & AVEVA /ETAPC across business by providing the enablement framework and platform for Utilities
- Provide the management with complete assistance on shaping medium and long- term direction and resource allocation through collaboration with other functions.
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
- MBA, Business and/or engineering related degree preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in technology-enabled consultative solution-selling or business development roles focused on transformation in Utilities or Power & Grid
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage portfolio of cross-functional projects within the program - good sense of prioritization, planning, collaboration, and management.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- Demonstrate IMPACT behaviors for transformational growth
- Technical knowledge related Power & Grid, New Energy landscape
- Business level Japanese and English skills
