What you will do:

  • Generate energy management and industrial automation leads across all end-user segments in Hungary.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the top-floor of our customers from project definition, through specification to execution and after-sales services.
  • Support the development of investment business cases at our customers by providing access to the best technologies and financing ecosystem.
  • Define go-to-market for major projects together with the account management team.
  • Be an ambassador of the new energy landscape and promote Schneider Electric's value proposition for a more electric, digital and sustainable world.
  • Understand loan and fund programs for the industry and define our position in these by helping our customers get access to these instruments.
  • Support the implementation of our global strategy on the local market.

What We're Looking For:
  • Relevant experience preferably from consulting (e.g. Big4) or from business development in the energy sector
  • Established network across the Hungarian industry
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Master level usage of the office365 software stack
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with advanced financial acumen
  • Outstanding leadership skills combined with proactivity and grit
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing major deals
  • Open minded character with the ambition to be the agent of change
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to act as an ambassador of SE, amplifying our mission and our purpose on the market
  • Ambition for the extra mile and a long-term career at SE
