- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned geography, leveraging networking and industry contacts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in building automation or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in securing large construction contracts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong ability to develop and nurture new customer relationships, with a strategic approach to account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Familiarity with building automation technologies and systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
