Job Title : BMS Account manager
Mission :
Manage & develop a defined list of UK based BMS EcoXperts and Partners, in order to profitably grow the sales of Digital Buildings Products & Solutions across all offers, including, but not limited to: Building Management System Controls & Devices, Buildings Software & Analytics Solutions, Energy & Power Metering and all associated Connected Products, Edge Devices, App's/Services & Analytics.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for selected BMS EcoXperts and will be expected to have a working knowledge of its marketplace and business drivers. As well, in this role you will be reporting to the Digital Building Sales Director.

Key responsibilities:
- Account management of National & Regional Master & Ecoxpert Multi Disciplined Channel Partners effectively a V1 role.
- Reporting and updating BFO with all Project Leads.
- Implementing and deploying a strong Yearly Account Plan for each designated Partner with growth ambition.
- Achieve Annual PRD target on all assigned Channel Partners
- Record Sales Activity in bFO including calls, workshops, customer meetings and Support Requests.
- Ensure EcoXpert community is kept up to date with Schneider product releases and new innovations.
- Facilitate training events and workshops for the EcoXpert community to support their knowledgebase.
Skills and attributes:
- Strong background in Account Development through face to face interaction.
- An ability to lead by example and work on your own initiative to ensure we are always putting the customer first and being proactive not reactive.
- Clear understanding of the FULL Schneider Electric offers including Building Management Systems/Power Monitoring/Building Advisor and a technical understanding of BMS Integration essential.
- Good cross networking skills and being able to utilise the SE resources to there FULL effect to maximise our offer over the competition.
- To work as a team and be a team player and to recognise and share good practice at all times .
