  1. Supplier selection and assessment as per Schneider (Lauritz Knudsen) supplier assessment guidelines 2. Conduct technological audits and have in depth observations on key commodities and critical processes- moulding, machining, wire harnessing, stamping, fabrication, electrical & hardware. 3. Monitor supplier performance & lead supplier performance review board. 4. Monitor & deploy SPC for CTQs at supplier base. 5. Establish & monitor supplier assessment plan, conduct audits as per SSQM. 6. Part qualification and new product development as per APQP methodology. 7. Address gaps and noncompliance to the suppliers and check the effectiveness of the supplier actions 8. Create parts reliability plan, test and take improvement actions.
