• Responsible for products simplification and optimization in the view of assembly aspect, manage DFA and DFAA study.

• To justify the best choice of product architecture by assessing each studied operation feasibility & simplicity of the associated manufacturing process in 'Product/Process Architecture Options '

• To propose & justify (investment vs. assembly cost) the most economical manufacturing process architecture according to the rules of SPS (Schneider Production System) & LADM (Line Architecture Design Methodology)

• Responsible for traceability and digitalization approach definition.

• As the window between R&D and equipment supplier, to work out the best solution for assembly.

• Communicate with plant/GSC to convince the equipment solution and investment

• To design manufacturing line architecture, complete the technical specification of assembly means / automatic line

• To launch and qualify the assembly means / automatic line according to industrialization budget & schedule

• To train plant staffs and transfer the Industrial files to plant

• Create and maintain process operation related documents and standards.

资格

• 3-5 years experience as automation engineer of assembly

• Hands-on experience in electrical/automation control proposal definination, detail design, programming and trouble shooting

Experience of assembly line design

• Familiar with controls or measurements, e.g., Voltage/Current/Displacement/Force/Torque, etc.

• Motion control (servo/step motor)

• PLC/HMI/IPC configuration and programming

• Experience on traceability system design, digitalization deployment will be preferred

• Industrial communication (RS232/MODBUS/TCPIP)

• Familiar with quality tools

• Experience in lean manufacturing

• Basic knowledge of mechanical design and pneumatic control

• Equipment project management experience is a plus

• Good team player

• Good analysis and problem shooting skills, able to collect and analyze data according the project needs, setup reasonable action plan and push to achieve anticipated result

• Open minded, ready to be challenged and to learn other's best practices

• Good communication skills with internal/external

• Strong leadership
