So, what's the job?

Based in Melbourne, covering the Northern Corridor ( the greater region around Keilor East to Sunbury) w e're extending an invitation to field or Territory Sales professionals to join the Clipsal by Schneider family as an Area Sales Representative. Our Home and Distribution business is innovative, growing, and constantly evolving, and were always seeking to add commercially minded sales talent to our local teams.

We will teach you everything you need to know about our products so that you can concentrate on demonstrating your sales prowess.

What will you do?

  • Execute an effective territory business plan, hit your targets, and love what you do!
  • Develop effective call cycles, nurture your clients, and be influential at every turn. Can you be a territorial hunter?
  • Demonstrate your commercial sensibility with your clients, develop value, listen to your market, and respond with the best solutions.
  • Be a subject matter expert, offer your insight and knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activity, and engage positively with your clients.
  • Advocate and champion, the Clipsal and Schneider brand values amongst our contractor and wholesaler channel


Our successful sales people demonstrate skills and behaviors in the following areas:-

  • Exceptional product knowledge - knowing our products inside out and upside down.
  • Commercial pizazz! - utilising and demonstrating your market knowledge (and how to use it) with customers, potential customers and even your colleagues!
