The role is for a regional Application Center Manager(m/f).

The open position is in Schneider Electric, Industry Automation business, China Hub, Asia Pacific Application Center for System Drives Activity. Whose skill based on high power low voltage Drives and Medium Voltage Drives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manages a customer application center at region level, responsible for business growth, P&L, SFCs, profitability, customer satisfaction & quality of customer projects
• Lead definition of large/complex technical solutions during customer project selling phase
• Guaranteed engineering quality to fulfil customer requirement
• Manage customer project portfolio, with priority definition and optimised planning
• Always with customer first mindset on growing business

• Manages the network of peer Application centers across a region / zone
• Manages commissioning and service operation, include on site commissioning and service, spare part management and product training center
• Able to analyze business performance and understand market & customer trends by segment or region
• Co-work with R&D for continuous product evolution
• Contribute on deploy and launch new Drives offer

• Master knowledge on high power Drives market especially on medium voltage Drives
• Experience on resource management with 20+ members
• Master customer project process
• Able to set-up wide network to engage multi-function team for common target
• Good English (Oral, read, write) to handle global business case
• Knowledge on high power Drives technology is a great plus
• This position accept multi-location, based at Shanghai or Beijing
