Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Application Engineer with experience in supporting digital business tools who will join our team based in Uccle, Brussels. #LI-JB10

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Support: Provide expert support for digital business tools such as SAP and Salesforce, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve: Quickly address and resolve issues to keep our platforms running smoothly.
  • User Assistance: Assist users with platform functionalities and provide training as needed.
  • Service Requests: Manage and fulfill service requests related to digital tools, collaborating with internal teams to meet user needs.
  • Incident Management: Handle incident reports and work towards swift resolution, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance platform performance and user experience, staying updated with the latest features and updates.
  • Customer Interaction: Visit customers as needed, conduct demos, and provide training.
  • Testing: Test functionalities internally and externally to ensure optimal performance.
  • Account Settings: Assist with account settings and changes in the SAP environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a love for puzzles.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Analytical Profile: Deep knowledge of the tools you work on, with an ability to innovate and disrupt.
  • Flexible: Adaptable to changes in the SAP environment.
  • Background: Bachelor or Master's d egree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
