- Manages a customer application center or service operation center at country or cluster level (or a region if single-division or back-office scope).
- Responsible for business growth, P&L and SFCs, profitability, customer satisfaction & quality. Monitors center performance.
- A Senior Manager typically manages a department or small unit that incudes multiple teams led by Managers and/or Team Leaders.
- Ownership of short to mid-term (1-3 years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.
- Problems faced are often complex and require extensive investigation and analysis.
- Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, process management or process improvement
- Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts and a commitment to high accuracy standards
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow changing directions in a fast-paced business environment
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for energy management business highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency and a high level of flexibility and commitment
