Responsibilities and duties:

Preferable to have resources who had exposure to manufacturing / industrial companies and to understand the Accounts Payable cycle.

Resolve the exceptions while processing and post processing.

Perform audits in accordance with policies and procedures.

Understand the priority requests and take necessary action.

Respond to vendor's e-mails / calls and call back if required.

Follow the close calendar and perform the close activities as pre-defined.

Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.

Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets.

Month end close activities.

Perform such other duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements:

Accountant / Experience / Experience (Accounts payable, Processing invoices, Exception resolution, Help desk, taxes understanding)

• Knowledge and experience with workflow and ERP.

• English skills for help desk.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Word Computer skills (MS Office) Intermediate Excel Vlookup, Pivot Table, basic financials Functions.

• Strong Customer Orientation.

• Basic understanding of Travel and expense reports and audit (Concur).

• Knowledge of AP reconciliations and GRIR reconciliations.

• People on helpdesk should have some understanding of AR.

• Effective oral and written communication skills.

• Effective analytical & problem-solving.

• Good understanding of the AP end to end processes.

• Experience of working on SAP ERP.

• Help desk resources should have complete understanding of the AP cycle.

• 1-3 years' experience.
