Within the global Quality Assurance team in design reliability, based in the major research and development centre of Schneider Electric in Grenoble, you will act as internal communication ambassador to support the change from curative to proactive Quality policy. You will develop and put your skills at the service of the international team based in the 4 major geographies of the organization (China, India, Europe and USA/Mexico). More precisely, you will develop a communication plan by using different digital platforms to design and disseminate key messages for promoting and adopting the new DfSR - Design for Safety and Reliability strategy.

The work-study student will be supervised by a referent Manager based in Grenoble and will support the various members of the "Design Assurance & Reliability" Quality team to develop relevant messages concerning the overall activity and the results of the team.
Your main tasks - in support of the referent Manager - will be:
- You will ensure the operational follow-up of actions of deployment of the DfSR strategy
- You will organize internal and external events to promote the teams and be responsible for all actions, from creating an agenda to setting up surveys to measure satisfaction indicators
- You will be responsible for updating content and publications on the website and social networks internal to the company
- You will participate in the development of communication media such as animated, concise, and powerful presentations, videos, brochures, flyers, etc...
In this highly technological environment, you will develop your ability to transform know-how into letting it know. You will be based in Grenoble, but you will evolve in an international environment involving numerous interactions with the US, various countries in Europe, India and China.
Required profile
Bac+5 in the field of Quality or Reliability domains with a strong proficiency in communication
Prerequisites:
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Ability to evolve and interact in a multicultural environment
- Curiosity for industrial technology,
- Mastery of communication tools and video editing software, -
- Autonomy and strength of proposal
- Dynamism and rigor
- Mastery of the pack Office,
