  • Responsible for the manage ment of the Delivery team, comprising of Project Leaders, Service Leaders and Engineering Leaders.
  • Have cross platform knowledge of PA Portfolio and Solutions in Systems, Hybrid, Digital, Software, Cyber Security etc.
  • Ensures compliance of self and the functional team with all global processes and tools as set by Global Delivery Organization (GDO).
  • Assist the Delivery Leader and drive the implementation of best practices and standards for delivery and quality control. Perform tasks as assigned by the Cluster Delivery Leader.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to established processes, policies, and methodologies.

• Functionally responsible for Delivery resources required to deliver the projects, that includes hiring, training, skills development, resource capacity planning and utilization.
  • Responsible for productivity & utilization of the Delivery team across the Cluster which is a key KPI for evaluation.
  • Responsible for mentoring the Delivery team across the countries through the Leads and documenting the team's skills and competencies, analyzing the gap, and ensuring actions as part of the development plan.
  • Empower Delivery Leaders and provide support to lead in the respective regions.
  • Assist and provide updated reports as required, participation in Delivery reviews and other business meetings as required.
  • Conduct monthly Delivery reviews to ensure financial and delivery targets, KPIs and objectives are met in accordance with process.
  • Responsible for and participates in all internal and external regional company audit against related Delivery policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery team and Finance to achieve and drive revenue, cash collection, invoicing and margin objectives, improvement, and acceleration.
    • Develop and implement a robust financial management framework for the project portfolio, encompassing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Leverage financial modeling and forecasting techniques to predict revenue and GM with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Provide and consolidate FSA financial performance, Delivery insights, identify trends and report to the Delivery Leader.
    • Actively contributes to the company knowledge capture system.
    • Foster close relationship with the Delivery Project Management, Engineering and Service Managers, Supply Chain, Tendering, Sales, Finance, Quality, HSE.
    • Enable Sales and collaborate with Tendering to support new opportunities, to maintain our competitive edge for Green Field, New Energy Landscapes and New Segment opportunities.
    • Assist the Delivery Leader, to oversee review of proposals and provide all information necessary for Cluster CQA review and approvals.

    • Coordinate and support in resolving issued with the EEC, System Integrators, and other contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

    • Support customer engagement, build rapport and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the Cluster.

    • Represent the company in customer meetings as may be required.
    • Required travel for meetings / site visits as deemed necessary with necessary approvals.
    • Engage in Cluster strategic planning and strategic opportunities to meet business targets.
    • Drive for chargeable utilization of Delivery with the Leaders >75%.
    • Overall performance of the team across the FSA region shall be the responsibility of this function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related professional experience typically in the field of Process Automation

• 5+ years in Management roles and previous experience as a people Manager.

• Experience in Project Management & Engineering.

• Vast experience in a system, software, process automation or application engineering capacity with industry knowledge and experience.

• Proven ability to strategically deliver the best results in a digitally transforming environment with agility.
  • Knowledge and experience in Project financial control .
    • Minimum B.Sc./ B.Eng. Engineering degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline e.g., Electrical & Electronics or Control Engineering.

    • A post graduate degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Excellent command of the French & English language, both verbal and written.

    • Commercial knowledge, Product and Solution experience.

    • Possess a project management qualification e.g. PMP certification is an advantage.
