The AI Technology team in Schneider Digital is looking for an AI Cybersecurity Architect.

Your role :

Along with the AIT Cybersecurity team, you'll be responsible for the AI platform security strategy: the goal is to define and deliver secured AI services at scale to empower hundreds of data scientists, data engineers and AI engineers to deliver trusted AI solutions.

The role aims to work closely with the platform product and engineering teams as well as platform's users to define the security-wise architecture for our AI platform and implement the best-in-class cybersecurity standards that the AI solutions built on top of the platform will benefit from.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Anticipate:
    • Provide input and directly participate in critical technology architecture design decisions that enhance the overall security and performance of our AI Platform services
    • o Work together with the platform teams and the AI department risks team to define cybersecurity posture of the AI platform: promote decision records to establish cybersecurity guidelines for the platform features and the solutions built on top of it: from vulnerabilities remediation management to identity management going by AI services security.


  • Mitigate:
    • Proactively identify and develop recommendations to remediate cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities by working with multiple teams including platform product and engineering, AI solutions engineering teams, legal


  • Prevent:
    • Contribute to craft the platform's cybersecurity roadmap to deliver tools and services to both platform's users and platform engineering teams: from security scans in CI to observability at runtime, but it also includes awareness sessions on specific matters.
    • Guide and support AI initiatives around AI Cybersecurity. Provide dedicated accompaniment to platform's users regarding advanced cybersecurity implementation.

Your profile :

  • Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity
  • + 8 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 4 years of proven technical leadership
  • Deep understanding of public cloud technologies, data architecture and data privacy
  • Experience with AI and ML technology and services (Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions at a level appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Good understanding of enterprise business processes
  • Deep understanding of public cloud technologies: Azure, AWS
  • Containerization and Kubernetes
  • Edge computing
  • GitHub
  • Cybersecurity's landscape of tools and services
  • An experience with Databricks is a plus
