The Role: We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join Accounting & Internal Control Team in Solna . In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our HR-related postings comply with laws and internal instructions while playing a crucial role in payroll processing and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting for employee related costs: manage accounting transactions related to employee costs (non-payroll related)
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports on employee expenses and benefits costs for management review.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work closely with HR team members Shared service to align strategies and enhance our operations.

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in employee related transactions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and tax regulations related to employee costs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
