What will you do?

  • Generate pipelines & close deals with MV products such as switchgear and transformers & digital services
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as tendering, execution team in region and other BU to win deals and to build relationships with customers
  • Animate account plans
  • Build relationship with Customers/EPCs and End Users
  • Understand internal tool gate process & lead approval process
  • Adapt, deploy and follow-up the execution of the BU Playbook
  • Drive project teams to win with clear winning strategies
  • Hand over to execution team after awarded

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years' sales experience, with a track record of successful in project business such Oil & Gas or EPC
  • Knowledge on Electrical Devices
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Japanese
  • Aligns company strategy and enables results through others
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
  • Skills to use sales tools such as Sales Force
  • Demonstrate written and oral communication skills required to write formal reports of findings
  • Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
  • Personal qualities such as: self driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative
