What will you do?
- Generate pipelines & close deals with MV products such as switchgear and transformers & digital services
- Work closely with stakeholders such as tendering, execution team in region and other BU to win deals and to build relationships with customers
- Animate account plans
- Build relationship with Customers/EPCs and End Users
- Understand internal tool gate process & lead approval process
- Adapt, deploy and follow-up the execution of the BU Playbook
- Drive project teams to win with clear winning strategies
- Hand over to execution team after awarded
Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years' sales experience, with a track record of successful in project business such Oil & Gas or EPC
- Knowledge on Electrical Devices
- Strong communication skills both oral and written in English and Japanese
- Aligns company strategy and enables results through others
- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office applications
- Skills to use sales tools such as Sales Force
- Demonstrate written and oral communication skills required to write formal reports of findings
- Work cross-functionally and manage day to day activities
- Personal qualities such as: self driven, autonomous, influential, perseverance, reliable, direct, curious and creative
