As an Account Manager, you have a passion to hunt for new business as your key target. You will work within our datacenter sales team in Denmark and play a crucial role in building client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will be joining a team that has an immense passion for the industry and working closely with each other to serve our customers. We are located in all parts of Denmark, concentrated around Ballerup and Kolding area. We have one of the largest Datacenter R&D sites located in Kolding, where we innovate for the entire world.
What will you do
- Proactively manage and grow strategic accounts in the datacenter segment.
- Convert warm leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Schneider Electric sales teams to best meet customer needs.
- Work with our product experts to develop tailored services and solutions that address customer pain points.
- Implement account strategies to drive sales growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers to deliver customized solutions.
What will help you succeed
- 5+ years of sales experience; Datacenter / Cloud & Service Provider experience is a plus.
- Sales data-driven mindset (experience with CRM, Salesforce).
- Proactive sales approach mentality with a passion for seeking out business opportunities.
- Ability to manage sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and driven by customer needs.
- Comfortable and adaptable with working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in mainly Danish but in some cases also English.
- Eagerness for continuous learning and development.
