For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000-204,000 per year and an additional uncapped commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-

related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are searching for a Account Executive to work in New Construction for Building Automation sales, who will help us strengthen key relationships and develop new relationships to identify and pursue new construction opportunities.   • This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing Schneider Electric customers to identify the scope of work, estimate and sell system adds/modifications to meet or exceed his/her booking and booked gross margin budgets.

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Prospect and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities
  • Prepare sales quotations and proposals
  • Participate in yearly sales planning
  • Generate and implement sales presentations
  • Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid/contract documents
  • May provide guidance to other employees
  • Actively log opportunities in Salesforce and perform account planning and mapping activities.


Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, and building automation technologies to effectively communicate with clients and provide informed solutions.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the building automation or mechanical systems industry, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions in the building automation sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical information, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with technical teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability and Learning Agility: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and industry trends in building automation and apply them to customer needs
