The main objective of this role is to Support data integration and messaging flow to and from 3rd party partner systems using approved industry standards for EDI, XML, and other agreed-upon methods. The objective is achieved by ensuring collaboration and understanding of Logistics master data requirements, issues, gaps, and proposing innovative solutions to improve master data quality, transactional data accuracy, and data extract efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Specialist manages failed ASN troubleshooting, messaging EDI/idoc data updates, transportation monitoring.

• Monitor continuity of messaging flow to /from TMS, WMS, and to/from upstream SAP PI.
  • Extracts data via SQL or SAP queries and perform data quality checks, data corrections, and synchronize data across NAM Distribution Centers.
  • Collaborates with DC/Plant inventory and master data leads to root cause and reconcile data issues and establish best practices for SAP or Manhattan WMS updates.
  • Identifies master data interface failure opportunities which can cause data inconsistencies.

  • You are quick to learn with the capacity of mastering middleware data and understanding detailed connectivity systems landscape that support physical processes and flows.

Skills for this position:
  • Ability to scale up to learn multiple applications such as Access, Excel, SAP, Manhattan WMS, Oracle, SQL, middleware EDI, SAP PI, XML, JSON etc..
  • Basic understanding of warehouse processes and the logistics key areas: Distribution Center Management, Transportation, and Logistics Engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements for new reporting innovations and requests into automated reported, i.e. RPA, AI, etc...
  • Ability to explore and design analytical reports in collaboration with various teams of experts.

• Take Initiative to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues and address solution gaps.

• Pay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors, master's degree or equivalent Certifications in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience working with EDI, XML, JSON, or Operational Experience with integration/middleware Systems.
  • Experience in Manhattan WMS, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, or equivalent system.

• Inventory control process knowledge. (desired)

• Basic to Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Power BI

• Have strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish or French .

• Proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancements.

• Basic project management skills; Effective working on teams withing and outside your function; strong networking and collaborative skills.

• Able to design supporting documentation and train various types of end users on reports developed such as peers and DC operators.
