Summary of Responsibilities:

This position is for a 10-week Summer Internship. The Consumer Business Banking Intern will support risk-based data mining and analysis within their designated business area.

This 2025 Summer Internship is for undergraduate students who have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.

Essential Functions:

  • Performs data mining and analytics for designated business area.
  • Provides strategic business recommendations.
  • Ensures efficient and effective system implementation and integration across designated business area.
  • Prepares dashboard reports, identifying trends and presenting thoughtful, actionable solutions to senior consultants for implementation.
  • Conducts ad hoc assignments as requested.
  • Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
  • Participates in phases of the development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Designs scalable workflows and tools to automate processes for assigned business unit.
  • Provides feedback to development team on usability of software.
  • Serves as a point of contact for business unit's data-related questions and inquiries.
  • Supports various projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • A graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025 - Spring 2026
  • Major in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent quantitative field
  • A cumulative GPA or 3.0 or above
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced market environment
  • Solid professional and personal work ethic
  • Ability to work independently on special projects
  • Ability to work in an environment that supports employees from all backgrounds and fosters an environment of inclusion.

Working Conditions:

  • Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs.
  • Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
  • May be required to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
  • May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time.
  • May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard.
  • Corporate / satellite office role.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $62,400 - $62,400/year
