Join the fast-paced environment of Auto Funding where most of your work will be data entry of loans and leases. There will be times when you will use your exceptional customer service skills to assist our auto dealers and approved loan applicants with the auto funding process.

Funding Representative Job Description:

  • Accountable for the Consumer Loan and Lease origination management process from application review through funding.
  • Ensures adherence to internal policy and external regulations.
  • Supports approved applicant and dealer experiences throughout the origination funding process.

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm CST
  • With 1 Saturday per month 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 pm CST
  • Training Class starts on Monday, August 12th

Responsibilities:

  • Process loans to get the funding to the dealership or business issuing the loans.
  • Provides exceptional customer service and processing of loans over the phone with internal and external customers, including personnel, automotive dealerships, vendors, and customers.
  • Validates the loan package received from the dealership.
  • Assists with questions, calls, emails, and faxes, and is an overall go-to person for funding analysts.
  • Ensures all information is complete and accurate.
  • Identifies processes and control improvements; communicates findings to the manager.
  • Assists with handling of manager queue and escalated issues on pending contracts.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

  • 0+ years of Customer Service Auto Funding experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills.
  • Ability to search and find data via an internet knowledge-base system.
  • Exceptional customer service phone skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Understand financials and able to calculate income.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Ability to know how to de-escalate a situation.
  • Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed.

Pay Rate:

  • $21.25 an hour.

  • Frequently minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Occasionally moving and lifting equipment and furniture are required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$37,800.00 USD

Maximum:

$49,000.00 USD Bachelor of Science (BS) English 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Microsoft Outlook

Primary Location: Mesa, AZ, SCUSA-Mesa AZ Southern Ave

Other Locations: Arizona-Phoenix
