Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the pricing strategy changes from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.

USA Job Function Description:
Researches, develops and implements competitive banking products and services for the consumer, small business and corporate markets to maximize profits. Translates technological advances and consumer needs into usable and marketable products. Plans, directs and facilitates all phases of the product life cycle, from inception through introduction into the marketplace. Ensures products meet regulatory and industry standards.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Handles medium scale project/product ownership.
- Leads development phase by conducting applicable product research and cost/timeline management.
- Partners with sourcing team for sample review and factory requirements.
- Crosses functional project management between, Product Management, Inventory Management, Product Designers, Quality Control, Legal and Supply Chain.
- Serves as internal product expert to assist product management in presenting new products to merchant teams
- Curious, creative, and a demonstrated willingness to assemble/disassemble, use, interact with, and understand the inner workings of products.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Engineering, Business or equivalent Technical field. Req

5+ Years Product development experience. Req

Working Conditions:
Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$75,000.00 USD
Maximum:
$127,500.00 USD
