We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Agile Office team. The primary goal of this role is to enhance our decision-making processes and create visual decision trees that streamline and improve our preclinical decision making in a dynamic and complex environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to understand and document decision-making processes.
- Design and implement strong, data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Develop and visually create decision trees to aid in process optimization.
- Assist in conducting regular reviews and updates of decision-making protocols.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve current practices and processes.
About you
Basic Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing s bachelor's degree undergraduate program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related major with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
- Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
- Must be able to work onsite for at least 3 days aweek and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the Co-op
- Must have permanent US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in visual design tools and software (e.g., Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
