We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Agile Office team. The primary goal of this role is to enhance our decision-making processes and create visual decision trees that streamline and improve our preclinical decision making in a dynamic and complex environment.

• Collaborate with team members to understand and document decision-making processes.
  
• Design and implement strong, data-driven decision-making frameworks.
  
• Develop and visually create decision trees to aid in process optimization.
  
• Assist in conducting regular reviews and updates of decision-making protocols.
  
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve current practices and processes.
  

• Currently pursuing s bachelor's degree undergraduate program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related major with the expectation that you will complete your current degree by the Spring of 2027
  
• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship/co-op with Sanofi.
  
• Must be able to work onsite for at least 3 days aweek and work 40 hrs./week for the full duration of the Co-op
  
• Must have permanent US work authorization
  

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in visual design tools and software (e.g., Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar).
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
