KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a high energy, results-driven, team-oriented People and Culture Professional to join our P&C Global Functions team.

This role will actively support Global People Business Partners in their respective scopes, including all Science & Growth Hub, Finance, LEBI, Digital, Strategy & CA, Sustainability and P&C; securing synergies and best practices across all functions, as well as harmonization on transversal processes.

You will learn all about HR best practices in a framework of a standalone organization. We are very keen on giving autonomy and ownership to everyone in the team, allowing each person to grow in their job.

The VIE will play an active role in the coordination of transversal activities and projects including:
  • Project Management:support people managers in transversal strategic projects.
  • Performance & Rewards:support End-to-End process by securing:
    • Employees are setting up their goals in Workday.
    • Managers are submitting their proposals on Performance and Compensation in Workday on time and according to guidelines.
    • Preparing information needed for respective calibrations.
  • Talent Management:
    • Support the Talent Review process by securing managers are submitting the assessments in Workday, and preparing the information needed for the respective calibrations.
    • Support managers and employees on building their IDPs and its submission in Workday.
    • Coordinate transversal training efforts.
  • Culture:
    • Coordinate implementation of Your Voice action plans and cultural initiatives on Challenger Mindset across functions at global level.
  • Recruitment:
    • Secure monthly report on updated status regarding recruitment progress for key positions.
    • Support People Partners in annual recruitment budget process to secure data accuracy both in forecast and in actual spent.
    • Provide system support to Hiring Managers and act as a Subject Matter Expert on Workday and recruiting processes when needed.
  • Data accuracy:
    • Produce and deliver standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized P&C reports and dashboards on all people processes (Talents, turnover, mobility, recruitment, compensation) to support meaningful conversation around volumes, performance, compensation.
    • Maintain org charts and Workday data up to date. Support People Managers and local P&C in adjusting changes.
    • Respond to data requests on an ad hoc basis by gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant data from various reports/sources.
    • Run reports on a regular and ad hoc basis and interpret data in Workday.

About you

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Degree or master's degree in social sciences or relevant HR field (Psychology, Legal, etc.)
  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in HR department
  • Fluent in English (C1 level minimum) - French is a plus
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
