Main responsibilities:
- Build and implement market access and pricing strategies and be responsible for reimbursement submissions and approvals for assigned Sanofi products.

About you
- Experience: Understanding and experience with Health Economic modelling; Understanding of research methodologies including RWE, meta-analyses, retrospective and prospective data generation activities, epidemiological studies; Experience in reimbursement dossier preparation, submission and stakeholder management; experience in Market Access activities in Norway (e.g. experience in negotiations with health authorities, national and regional payers, hospital tenders). Several years of working experience in pharmaceutical company or other related agency within market access leading to solid understanding of reimbursement environment and understanding of the needs of external and internal stakeholders
- Soft and technical skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional teamwork skills & ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders from differing backgrounds; High personal drive and capability to influence. Proactive, professional and responsible; Good project management skills and ability to work independently. Good understanding of key HTA methodologies and pricing strategies; Good understanding of pharma sector, preferably also including cross functional internal processes (marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, clinical, reimbursement, tenders). Working within cross-functional structures (marketing, regulatory, medical affairs, clinical, market access, public affairs, communication). Active self-development; Must be able to operate with discretion and confidentiality.
- Education: Degree in life sciences or economics, eg. Public Health, Health Economics.
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal business English and Norwegian skills.
- Other: Capability to travel in Norway and international, at all times have a valid driving license.
