We are looking for a dynamic Trial Transparency Lead to guide and oversee a team of Trial Disclosure Managers in the Hub. This role should support efficient local execution of trial disclosure activities, in the context of a broader global team. The successful candidate will be committed to people development and skilled in building strong relationships with global functional leads. Key accountabilities include managing and developing the local team, aligning efforts with global Trial Transparency strategies, and potentially supporting the evolution of disclosure operations in digital projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the Trial Disclosure Manager employees and activities in the Hub, with commitment to supporting team's delivery of consistently high-quality output
- Act as liaison to global functional leads on business topics such as metrics, prioritization, and performance
- Promote teamwork, quality and operational efficiency, through local and global collaboration
- Foster employee development to build relevant subject matter expertise, drive knowledge- sharing and support innovative thinking
- Demonstrate understanding of compliance with health authority requirements, Sanofi SOPs and departmental standards
- Foster a change-agile environment and act as key change agent for new processes and technologies when needed
- Provide mentorship to staff, manage hiring and training processes, and encourage a culture of performance operational excellence
- Manage budgets and oversee initiatives to support legal requests, mergers, audits, inspections, and other organizational needs
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience, including building and leading teams,preferably in a matrix environment
- Working knowledge of drug laws, regulations, and guidelines
- Organizational and process change management experience
- Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial transparency, regulatory or other guidelines pertaining to document standards and submission requirements
- Proven ability to manage changes, negotiate and influence others, and resolve conflict
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong leadership ability coupled with strategic and innovative thinking
- Excellent speaking skills and ability to transmit complex information to a variety of audiences
- Ability to adapt to needs of an evolving business environment (e.g., regulatory requirements, corporate structure and processes, customer focus, technological advances)
- People management skills including, but not limited to authenticity, team inspiration, cross-cultural sensitivity, delegation, empowerment, and accountability
- Understanding of business considerations (basic finance, human resources)
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures
Education:
- At least a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in regulatory affairs, the sciences, or related areas of study
Languages:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
