Transparency Reporting Lead LATAM

As Transparency Reporting Lead LATAM within our International Transparency Reporting team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the proper execution and delivery of complete, accurate, and timely transparency reporting as required by applicable laws and regulations in LATAM.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead transparency processes in compliance with local regulations, codes, and country-specific requirements for LATAM countries
• Establish strong timeline controls for transparency reporting submissions
• Define responsibilities and standards and supervise Hub-based Transparency Reporting Specialists in LATAM
• Perform quality reviews on received transparency reports prior to submission, evaluate outlier data, data gaps, and duplicates, and coordinate necessary remediation.
• Ensure the adequacy of transparency data in required templates and take responsibility for local submissions.

About you

• Experience: Solid experience in performing and lead transparency activities in the pharmaceutical industry
• Soft skills: Critical thinking, detail-oriented and analytical skills
• Technical skills: Strong data analytic skills, including preforming quality reviews and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Languages: Advanced English
