About the Job:
Contributes to the work of the Compliance team, either by participating in setting compliance standards and policies, or by making sure that suc policies and standards are enforced, or by taking part in internal investigations.
Main Responsibilities:
As TPRM LEAD role, you will:
• Act as EBI TPRM partner for EBI Colleagues in Greater China: new systems (COUPA, Dow Jones etc) training and support, new Standards/ Guidelines awareness and implementation. Global TPRM projects support in the Area, analysis and KPIs when available
• Collecting necessary information for our TPRM Projects (ABDD Exemption list or criteria for certain TP Categories, Analysis and KPI's when available)

• Cascade TPRM initiatives with potential impact at Greater China Level
• Escalate from the countries concerns / questions regarding EBI TPRM Topics
• Supervising and executing our Current Export Model in Greater China across the Partners/Agents/Distributors risk management life cycle (screening, onboarding, assessment, risk mitigation, monitoring and offboarding).
• Early partnering with relevant MCO cross functional teams to organize monthly reviews with the various external partners, feeding the annual risk assessment, collecting, and analyzing the KPI's and Annual Certifications.
• Planning and supervising the partner/export model audits as applicable.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to address identified risks and ensure effective risk management across the organization.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of third-party risk management activities and report findings to the TPRM Head.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in third-party risk management to enhance Sanofi's risk posture and resilience.
• Provide guidance and training to EBI community as well as internal stakeholders on third-party risk management policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management matters and participate in internal and external audits, assessments, and due diligence activities as needed.
• Support all Merger/Acquisition Projects as well as Business Development initiatives in Greater China, participating to the Project Meeting, reviewing the Data-Room information when applicable and collecting and analysing the information collected from the Third Parties (Background checks, Anti-Bribery Questionnaires...) Coordinate the project with the Corporate Security Team locally.
About You :
- BA/BS or equivalent qualification required.
- At least 10 years related working experience in compliance
- Fluent in English and Mandarin including verbal, written, translating and interpreting.
- Additional language skills will be an advantage. Able to consistently maintain high confidentiality.
- High EQ with the ability to interact well with different personalities and cultures, mature and confident.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Competent in computer applications and mobile phone apps. Highly logical with good analytical skills and a quick learner.
- BA/BS or equivalent qualification required.
- Preferably familiar with pharmaceutical or healthcare business and environment with medical background.
